Growing up as a child he used to like singing at church and his love for music has made him to hit the booth for the first time.
Meet Lucky Taerwa a 20-year-old gospel and motivational songs artiste.
Junior Lucky is his stage name; set to drop a dopiest music video duped ‘Todana’ this month.
“The music video Todana talks about the struggles that we are facing as a nation and how we are pleading with God to help us in all this” said Taerwa.
Junior Lucky was inspired to pen Todana after he saw how street kids and other families are struggling to get food and basics, while realizing that the world is in a bad shape Taerwa had to put this in a rythm.
Todana was produced by Liberty Bungunye at Libo Prenak Records.
He said he would be grateful as an artist to have collaboration with popular gospel artists who have seen the light of the day.
“I would be grateful in my career to have collaboration with the likes of Minister Michael Mahendere or Minister Ellad Cheray” said Junior Lucky.
Like any other artist Junior Lucky said he has faced financial challenges in recording his work.
Born and bred in Masvingo the 20-year-old upcoming artist grew up in the high density suburb of Runyararo West and currently working as a Security officer at Junior Security company raising his tuition fees to further his eduaction.
