MUTARE- Based Zanu pf member and activist, Kenneth Dumbura was yesterday arrested on alleged case of fraud.
Dumbura well known for impersonation and masquerading as a security detail and various business activities in the eastern border town is held at Mutare Central Police and to be transferred to Bulawayo.
A docket was opened in Bulawayo under case number CR 102/05/21 for defrauding a Bulawayo based woman off her USD $3000.
He is set to appear before Bulawayo magistrate to answer on the alleged case.
