Football Tycoon Opens SA Based Hub For Zim Players

Football propeller and player management magnate Kudakwashe Garufu has opened a football development company in South Africa for Zimbabwean players.

 

The company goes by the name KEIZ Sports Management (KSM) located in the heart of Johannesburg. Garufu, who has a lot of reputation with locally based sides like Fc Platinum and Dynamos Fc said that the company is meant to help players in terms of player marketing, creating opportunities and managing player careers.

 

“KEIZ is South African based football firm. Our main thrust is to link players with respective and reputable clubs, help in contract negotiations, intermediate on behalf of players, arrange trials and handle administrative work. We officially launched the company on the 21st of July 2021 and l am the director and most of appreciation goes to company secretary Tapiwa Chiranga for pushing our better cause.”

According to Garufu, the main focus is to enrich Zimbabwean talent by creating opportunities in the DSTV Premiership, Glad Africa National First Division (NFD) and ABC Motsepe league.

 

“The company is not limited to men football only, we have set up structures to accommodate women football though such a plan will bear fruits in the long run. Most players that l manage are from Zimbabwe and I have strong link many teams, both from South Africa and Zimbabwe and with such a link we hope to enrich talent,” added Garufu.

 

16 players from Zimbabwe are currently under his managerial sleeve, these include Tawana Chikore of Fc Platinum, former Fc Platinum goalkeeper Spencer Ngwerume, Dynamos Fc striker Takunda John Mawarire, ZPC Munyati Fc goalkeeper Tatenda Mhedzano, Zivanai Chikwenhere currently with Sheasham Fc and national team goalie Talbert Shumba, former Richards Bay striker Ian Chikohwa and Richard Hachiro of Caps United Fc.

 

Garufu created a move for Fc Platinum Tawana Chikore at Premiership outfit Black Leopards Fc and Takunda Mawarire at JDR Fc (Glad Africa NFD)

 

Garufu has engaged with South African based business man Eddie Nyapule and Stamina Football Academy top brass based in Johannesburg. KEIZ is a legal entity assisted by Chisango and Naidoo Attorneys also based in Johannesburg.
