Munyati Man Stabbed For Buying Beer

A Munyati man, David Tembo (30) of Trafalgar was recently stabbed for showing off while buying beer in Kwekwe.

Police Spokesperson, Emmanuel Mahoko confirmed the death and said the now deceased was attacked by 7 suspects who saw him buying beer and a misunderstanding rose.

“David Tembo was was stabbed on the thigh where he bled profusely until he became unconscious and died in his car. a report was made was made and investigation are still underway” said Mahoko.

Thembo’s body was taken to Kwekwe Hospital mortuary awaiting post-mortem while the suspects are still at-large.

“We are appealing to members of the public who might have information on the suspects to inform the police in Kwekwe or report to the nearest police station” added Mahoko.
