Written and published  on January 3 2023, the story of Douglas Mamvura, Up for fraud and forgery, fails to pay maintenance, the Post On Sunday Newspaper notes, and wish to correctly inform the public that Mr Douglas Mamvura has never been involved in any fraud case before and he was not employed by Netone Cellular, rather he was appointed a board member of the mobile operator.

The article states that he left following another fraud case. As is in the public domain, Mamvura was defrauded money by Israel Tangwena and Tonderai Muhocha who have since been convicted.
